I ve had a few chairs from 30 walmart low back cloth to like 100 bonded leather office chairs to even the 400 ergonomic ones at work current one is flaking tons of bonded leather and the bottom cushion has lost comfort after 3 years about 160 lbs 5 6 and i use my chair anywhere from 5 to 18 hours depending on situations.

If you slouch like they indicate in a chair that is only 90 degrees it is worse for your spine and can eventually cause your discs to bulge.
A disclaimer for this slouching position should be noted that it is only beneficial if you have good lumbar support for your spine.
